Facilitation

This is a confidential form of negotiation whereby our experts seek to facilitate a mutually satisfactory resolution.

The parties will set out their position in writing, with the facilitated negotiation then taking place in person, via video or telephone.

If we are successful in our endeavours to facilitate a settlement on the day, we will discount our fees by 10%. This ensures everyone is focused on achieving the ultimate aim of resolving the dispute.

This service is compatible for those who prefer a mediation-style resolution.
